Les peces de roba son fetes totes a mà?
Sí. Totes les peces de roba de Monino estan fetes a mà, una per una, amb molta cura. No hi ha producció en sèrie, així cada que peça és especial i única.
Les Peces de roba són exactament iguals a les fotos?
Les peces de roba són molt semblants a les fotos, però en ser confeccionades artesanalment , poden existir petites variacions de color amb les fotografies que veieu, sobretot pel tema de les pantalles o dispositius des d’on es visualitzi la web .
Això forma part del valor d’una peça feta a mà.
Quines son les teles que utilitzem?

La mussolina encongeix?
La mussolina es un teixit delicat, s’ha de Rentar a 30 °C o amb aigua freda i s’ha d’evitar posar-la a l’assecadora,sempre és millor secar-la a l’aire.
Com sé quina talla necessito?
Dins de la descripció de cada producte, hi ha les mesures de cada peça de roba segons la talla que sigui. Si tot i així encara tens dubtes, pots escriure’m abans de fer la compra i t’ajudaré encantada.
Quan triga a preparar-se una comanda?
Les peces disponibles es preparen normalment d’un a tres dies laborables.
Quan triga l’enviament?
El temps d’enviament dependrà de l’empresa de missatgeria i la destinació. Un cop la comanda s’envia, rebreu la informació d’enviament.
Realitzes enviaments internacionals?
No, actualment només faig enviaments a Espanya.
Puc tornar una peça?
Sí. Pots sol·licitar una devolució dins dels 14 dies naturals després de rebre la comanda, sempre que la peça estigui en perfecte estat.Les despeses d’enviament de devolució van a càrrec del client.
